First off, Ray provided me with multiple samples of various shingles and explained to me the differences between the base line shingles and the upgraded shingles. He also supplied me with multiple estimates for all the various grades of shingles. The crew that worked on our house put in 2 very long days of hard work, with no breaks other than their lunch break. While doing their work, they pointed out some other "issues" with my roof rafters that needed to be addressed, and they were able to make all the necessary repairs themselves. The clean up operation was thorough and complete, they did not leave until they gave me a complete tour of the premises and got my approval of everthing they had done. Overall, I will say that I was very satisfies with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends. read less

When he said he was going to do something or follow through and a question I had oh, he did it . I was very satisfied with how we handle things. Things got delayed because of the winter and then as soon as the weather cleared he was prompt getting to me and starting the job. The installer did a fantastic job. I was concerned about possible damage on the exterior because I had just had some work done but it was perfect. There was an issue with one set of windows and both Ray and the installer Carlos did not make me feel like I was being picky or difficult. They stayed on it until they resolved it and as it turned out it was a very minor issue with an easy solution but what it showed me was that they were not willing to have a job completed that didn't meet the customers expectations. Now I'm sorry I didn't have a few more windows replaced and I'm very happy with the outcome. read less

We had our duplex neighbor to work with on the project as well, and material selections. Michael was very accommodating and patient working with 2 families. Due to the COVID 19 virus our installation was delayed by a few months. However, the installation team, led by Hugo, was SUPERB! At first glance they were the highest of 3 estimates, but after review and discussion, they guaranteed no "extra charges" regardless of what was found post-tear off. Ultimately they had to replace every piece of wood due to warping or water-damage - and still honored their quote. I appreciated their integrity and excellent workmanship.
